  1. Service Booking

    • Bookings Can be made via phone, email or social media channels. A confirmation message will be sent to confirm your appointment.

  2. Cancellations & rescheduling

    • Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  3. vehicle preparation

    • Please remove all personal items from your vehicle. GlossMob is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

  4. payment terms

    • Payment is due upon completion of the detailing service. Accepted payment methods include cash, card or bank transfer.

  5. service satisfaction

    • Customers should inspect the vehicle upon completion of services. Any concerns must be raised immediately. GlossMob aims to ensure complete customer satisfaction and will address issues promptly.

  6. Liability & insurance

    • GlossMob holds full public liability insurance. While utmost care is taken, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues discovered during the detailing process.

  7. privacy

    • GlossMob protects your privacy. Your details are used solely for the purpose of providing services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

  8. weather conditions

    • As a mobile service, severe weather may require rescheduling. Glossmob will contact you in advance to arrange an alternative date.

  9. Prices

    • Prices are subject to vehicle size, condition and chosen services. Quotations given before service commencement are final unless additional services are requested by the customer.

  10. rights to amend

    • GlossMob reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via our website and social media platforms
